2. Concept presentation
- presenting and discussing the visualisation

1st OPTION
  • signing of a contract between Vivos and Investor
  • payment of 30% of the gross price in the appointed time(contract)
  • the price includes the making of an architect construction project (the design remains a property of Vivos)
  • the Investor assures land development plan
  • acquisition of the construction permit by the Investor
  • preparation of the technical documentation by Vivos
  • preparation of the foundations relating to the project by the Investor
  • producion of the construction elements by Vivos
  • transportation of the logs to the building site and unloading by Vivos’s crew
  • payment of 30% of the gross price in the appointed time(contract)
  • first stage of the assembly – outer walls, and inside walls of the ground floor
  • payment of 30% of the gross price in the appointed time(contract)
  • second stage of the assembly – rafter framing, door and window fitting
  • time required for the assembly is conditional upon the complexity of the design, and the season
  • signing of the delivery-acceptance act
  • payment of the remaining 10% of the gross price in the appointed time(contract)

2nd OPTION
  • Making of an individual project by the Investor (the Investor keeps the rights to the design)
  • acquisition of the construction permit by the Investor
  • signing of a contract between Vivos and Investor
  • payment of 30% of the gross price in the appointed time(contract)

Very important:
 
An Investor should provide building site supervision (supervising manager), levelling, access to electricity and water, sanitary facilities, and waste disposal.
Our company provides the crew and machines for unloading and installing the elements for the construction. We also ensure board and lodging for the workers.
